We currently ship across India. International shipping will be available soon. Shipping charges and delivery times vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Options

Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days (depends on your location).
Expedited Delivery: 2-3 business days (extra charges apply).

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery status.

5. Shipping Delays

Casual Hydrate is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
